Do not ever join this company first of all your 30% salary is variable pay which is subject to payment on their own will which they do not pay. secondly whenever or whatever rules they can implement regarding your notice period, increment & variable pay by only mailing you. HR is the w orst whenever you will ask about why this change has done they will say higher authorities have and higher authorities are not even mail or in contact Dont join even you dont have job or in need of job, better join any other third party company...Read More
