Company is good for freshers but for experience they have to start fresh if they do not have relevant experience, compensation is less as per market standards but learning is great, CRM's take care of their team well.

No job security.There are no fixed rules and decisions.Its run on monopoly of the husband and wife who are the CEO’s of the company.Not planned as one month they recruit and another month when the business is down they can fire you.Do not go on the employees reviews as they are asked to give review from the department.
