Nothing full of illiterate people talking here about Hexagon Geosystems Gurugram GCS division only. Fake MNC full of corrupt environment and toxic culture

Worst GIS compnay to ever work for in India. Pathetic and toxic work culture is evident from 1st week itself. No care and concern for employees here and a biased working environment. People sticking here are the ones who know they will not fit in a competitive environment outside. Politics and favoutism are on the peak here. Don’t go here just by the name Hexagon it’s not even the actual Hexagon u r thinking of. 😂 Believe me this is not written in anger but true details based on an actual experience of one of my close known person. 5years experienced personal has same salary as a 3 year experienced personal in the same company. Earlier company used to think its employees as its family and would assist them at every place but unfortunately 2019 after all the management change never been worst before. After covid everything got cost cutdown including the company gifts or Christmas cakes or whatever.

Dislikes

All the worst part is in the likes , what else would be needed here. Insurance is the other worst part here for senior employees which is equivalent to 1st level employees
