Hero Vired provides good learning opportunities, which helps a lot to become a better individual. The manager and colleagues are very helpful and kind. Overall a good experience.

Dislikes

The top leadership is fooling the CEO and CEO being weak and incompetent is getting played over by them. This place is full of toxic people at leadership positions, stay away from this company. Do talk to the CEO before you plan to join, after talking to him you will realise that its not a place worth working at.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
