Senior Management doesn't seem to have clarity and none of them talks about future. Old people are getting retained and still most of the work is going old school.

Very poor work life balance. Forced to work on Saturday Sunday. No company ethics. No ground level work. No work on fundamentals. Only drive fake numbers. Too much Analysis of fake database. Achieve number on excel. No support from manager. Manager treat like we are the owner of dealership and if dealer do not have fund to invest then It is our fault. No initiative on encouraging financial growth of dealer network. No one talk about dealer profitability. Now a days dealer not get confidence to invest capital further....Read More
