1. Heavy Nepotism 2. No System Exist within the Company 3. Company is limited to only Cycle Business excluding Gear Business. 4. Employee Can be transferred into any department without any consent of Employees. 5.All of their JV are flop . 6. Company lacks in their Mission & Vision. Hero Motors best company for salary growth and skill. Because team leader Mr. Amit Gupta and Mr. Anil Rathi has good personality. He is trains the team from time to time and achieved the goals.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics going on here. There are some people who have been doing the same work for many years. They do not allow the new ones to survive the job.
