Nothing due to worst management HR of heromotocorp. Our third party payroll is good for us

Organization is good but management is worst who give priority to only Onroll employees and ignore the third-party payroll employees Third class people's I ever seen like Ajay Raiiina, dantmanjan, Putin, Harrasment of third party payroll employees is on higher side 6 days working only for third party payroll not for Onroll employees Due to worst management, organisation will suffer a lot from good employees All work is for only third party payroll and who are Onroll they have low work Every time question ask for reimbursement for third party payroll employees not for Onroll employees All facilities for Onroll employees not for third party why both are working for hero so why??? Comparison between sales and service is on higher side and in meeting say that all are equal, as per my experience it just a fake and all are there for impressing their boss for appraisal not for organization and not for true Worst HR policies who help only Onroll employees Salary is high for sales and low for service department Priority is also high for sales and low for service even for camp...🤣 We will never choose hero again.........Read More
