VP - Sales is only concerned about himself and his growth, Plays games behind your back and if you join in sales you are expected to only fix meetings and you will not be allowed to do your own meetings, he will attend on your behalf if it goes well credit goes to him and if it doesn't you are responsible. In short, would suggest you to not join here especially in Sales ( 15 people have left within six months) Good luck for your job search!...Read More

Poor management.Top level management was not good.Top level employees directly calling to low level employees regular or daily bases.they are not following channel like:-Top level call to mid level and mid level to low level management rule. Contractual employees do all work over there.
