I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good work culture. It’s employee friendly organisation. You will feel good here. They consider human life value, during Covid period in 2020 we worked around 7 months from home continuously. Promoters (specifically Mr. Naveen Munjal) are really good human beings.

Dislikes

Treatment for factory staff is on little lower side in comparison to Gurugram office where I served. But still very good place to work.
