Nothing to like.. Even they are fraud. Unnecessary salary deduction. Our salary is 15000 inhand but recive 10000/- only. This is my opinion for everyone don't go in Hero Cycle.

Dislikes

1) No salary slip, no banifits no respond from HR or your management. Every body fraud. 2) Issue in onus which is not receive last year and current after fulland final they told me you give us 14000/-. They are begging like begger. 2) Poor Working Culture 4) Sunday working and no holiday in any event. 5) No increment, partiality, Heavy politics and no future. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
