Market leader in terms of sales numbers in branded cycle industry. On time Salary.

Dislikes

Very unstable working culture. No proper working policies for Market as well as for employees. Payout is very-very low according to workload and sales pressure. No on the job training. HR dept. is just like puppet. No support from Senior management, they will treat you like a slave. Specially your reporting manager. Very unprofessional person I have ever seen in my career. He will abuse you using personal matter. Your job will depend on your sales numbers only. Forget about your personal life and family. All in all a big Lala company. Worst nightmare of my life working in this company. Think thrice before joining this company....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
