Absolutely no job security. In sales and distribution average employees working is 6 months to 10 months. After certain time, management show hire and fire strategy to every employee. This things was happening from last 12-15 years in organisation. Sales person have to work 9 hours in the morning and have been told to available at evening and night to resolve issues in supply and distribution which happened at night. In short sales person is the whole responsible for sales as well as supplies and distribution....Read More
