Management is very Arrogant unprofessional & incompetent. HR department is at its worst. No value addition of employees. Unless you have a good Functional head, it's very difficult to work & deliver. Accounts dept is hopeless. Some IIT & IIM heads have ruined the company's reputation by their incompetent mindless unprofessional attitude. No Rewards & Recognitions for any good performance.
