Rules and regulations are not defined clearly by the HR. Top Management is only supported not the other employees. Biased culture among everyone. No proper processes for working profiles. Very scattered process so the rules are made on the spot.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
