Everyone is overworked and underappreciated, leading to widespread burnout.

Dislikes

The office politics are draining and make teamwork nearly impossible. The culture here is toxic. Gossip runs rampant, and teamwork is non-existent. It’s every person for themselves. My onboarding experience was chaotic, with no clear guidance from HR. The management is clueless. You're expected to figure everything out on your own, and mistakes are never forgiven. You’ll feel stuck in a dead-end job with no path forward.

Dislikes

The seniors are unapproachable and make life miserable for juniors. Avoid this place! The benefits package is subpar, offering little support for employees. It’s a high-pressure environment where you’re constantly on edge. The office feels like a prison; no one smiles or engages.

This company has been a huge disappointment; I regret ever accepting a job here.

Dislikes

The lack of communication is astonishing. You’re left in the dark about everything. Requests for flexible working conditions are often dismissed without consideration. I worked long hours for minimal pay and no benefits. It feels like they exploit their employees.

Feedback is rarely provided, leaving employees in the dark about their performance. Working here was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made, primarily because of the harassment culture.

Dislikes

Expect to lose your sanity here. The workplace culture is overwhelmingly negative. Management often shifts blame instead of taking responsibility. It’s demoralizing. The recruiting team is a mess. They couldn't organize a simple interview if their lives depended on it.

I can’t believe how slow the response time is; it’s seriously affecting my work.

I was let go without any warning. This place has the worst communication I've ever seen. The expectations are unrealistic. There’s no way to meet deadlines without burning out. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
