The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Four types mig welding robots in this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 12- 16 hours straight in a day.

Work Details

My work is manpower handling, production planning,robot teaching & programming,rework & rejection control,kizan , I have done documents like check sheet, production sheet, etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
