Helloworld is just good for pocket money

The company lacks lot of ethics and doesn't deliver what they promised to the customer.just in for money and the main problem are faced by the property managers who doesn't get any information. And there is no weekly off

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
