At Heights Inc I learnt a lot specially about cold calling/ sales. They train excessively for sales. Work environment is awesome.

Too much work pressure. Their pitch starts by saying that they are not selling anything whereas internally they call one donation as one sale, irony! A lot of walking required. Total commission based job, no fixed salary. Really tough working conditions, tougher in summer.
