I don't have proper PPE.. In my ICU there is one patient only.. then also they don't give leave.. everyday i went for duty.. now we want leave.. even DNS, ANS also didnt help us.. no one thinks about us..

Everything.. I don't want to work here.. bt I have severe crisis of money.. that's why I can't leave the hospital.. In this hospital I have salary issue also..

Generally Im the CTVS ITU staff.. and the senior most staff of ctvs itu.. there is severe crisis in our hospital.. so I have to compromise with duty schedule..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
