The staff is good .but i want to increment in my salary.because i have an experience an about more than three year so i except atleast 20-30%high

The growth is very slow and pressure is very high.

Generally my work is good , and also challenging .i have work 10-12 hr . all the travel involved gets hectic sonetimes but its ok. It will be a great learing experience.

No work life balance. They expect you to work beyond working hours or sometimes beyond the scope of your job. No overtime/comp off. Travelling allowances r released very late.

Work Details

My work requires me to work in shifts, and split shifts. It's a thankless job. They hire u saying that they believe in quality work but ultimately only numbers matter. It's a profit making company. I don't get paid for the extra shifts/ nights I am doing.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
