Company don't appreciate hardworking employees, But instead top level managements people are surrounded by Cheaters and un educated people as a team leader and unit head to manage the center and hope to do well with the health care business. No job security,

Training is Pathetic. They ask you to go on field from very first hour of ur joining its like Fighting battle without Guns. HELL lot of Internal politics. It's a joke if u talk about work life balance. For marketing guy it's 9.30 am to 9.00 pm n even 10 pm sometimes . No Public Holidays. U have to work on Diwali Dussehra Ganpati EID Xmas every damn Festival. Innovation could be one aspect where u survive but managers don't let u go innovative about things.
