The work environment at healthspring is very bad .No job security .hire and fire is there main key object activities of HR.Worst HR and higher management .they are not paying any dues and bonuses to employees .toxic bosses and they r giving bad reviews for employees .before joining this company think twice if you want to spoil your career and peace of mind join this company .

The good health care business concept . I got opportunity to work for different location and setups . It’s all dependent on your immediate boss . My first boss was really good , gave us good space for growth and worked innovate .

Dislikes

HR idoesn’t follow any process . Hire and fire is the concept of this company . As startup full of politics . Managment doesn’t care for employees . They didht pay bonus and last few months salary .The work pressure is very high . Compenstation is not uniform as per the experience and level. HR will terminate you if will get pregnant. They won’t give you the matertinty leaves , if by chance you are lucky enough to get matertinty leaves after joining ,HR will terminate you immediately ....Read More

The work profile was slightly stressful because of targets and short of funds . I Worked under toxic boss who was very insecure because of his experience and expertise.
