Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

Not any hard reason. Now I'm trying work with some new challenges

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I'm area sales manager in Healthmap diagnostic Lab in Mangalore Karnataka center. In this company there is no job security and work culture and they are operating like vegetable Market. They need sales day by day. They need daily sales target and they don't even no basic of diagnostic Market how it's working. You don't have job security here they will terminate people with in 5min without notice for years of served staff and internal have lots of politics....Read More

Col.maneesh is everything in this company even he didn't not worked a single day in feld and he doesn't no basic of diagnostic. You will not see a single motivation and team spirit in the group. Every day morning to evening shouting class to all the sales people evening sunday and festival days also. They need day waise sales. Very bad experience.
