It's the decision of management that impacts on employees performance, and sudden decision to bind up the business without taking employees in confidence is terrible.

My journey is of 4-months short in Healthians, that is due to the sudden decision by management to bind up the business, putting employees helpless is disappointing. So, I could say that rather culture may be good but such type of decisions no one's future is safe, rest is upto an individual to decide.

Worst work culture healthians have they force employee to work 12 hours such 3 rd class management they have live Mohammad Shavez Khans , Hr Anjali Sharma, and even CEO it self Deepak Sahni

It is very worst experience in my life for this corporate company healthians. Zero management, miss behave , torture, lots of pressure., 2-3 hrs timing streched. Salary deduct. Totally worst company..

It is worst experience in my life . working on this company. Zero or bad manners management on this organisation staff . Miss behave , torture to the agent , lots of pressure, 3 hours timing streched. Salary not balance. Worst HR healthians. Because HR no value in this company.i think healthians manager Amitabh is hold on this company. So why need necessary HR in the company.and what role of HR .if everything hold on Amitabh. I am working 2 months 7 days complete work. But we have recived just 27000 ₹. Earned..but HR polices according our salary on paper 56000 ₹.
