Work culture is normal but job security is good while moving to bench they will assign some feature tools to complete based on that they will push to internal requirements

It's very boaring initial time they are recruiting as DevOps but while On-boarding project nothing related to DevOps complete banking related services. It's new but that will not help out while come out of the project

HCL is basically a a**hole company with cunning HRs and Managers. Their main intention is how to make employees then they will force u sign a bond which will be of two years. Once u sign a bond u are fell into trap. Now they will easily destroy your career. If you understand their intentions then you have to pay the bond amount and leave but it increases by years
