Employees having families with medical conditions cannot be happy as they won't grant leave suddenly. Very toxic company, don't join No benifits, i previously worked in few products based companies atleast they give discount coupons but here no benefits and you won't have any leave balance for first year like barely 6 leaves then next year they will deduct your leave balance for pervious year leaves without paying for it
