Just Jio Group Company, Jio doesn't have any control on investee company.

Dislikes

Nothing good to say about company. All the policies of the company not in line with Labour Legislation, all policies well drafted in favour of Company Only.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
