Do good work consistently and you’ll go up fast. Porbandar beaches are half an hour away for weekend chilling. You build great relationships over time. Intra company cricket tournament in a full blown cricket ground. Central focus on safety (Despite this there have been accidents after I left the job.)

Dislikes

If you’re an outsider, you’ll feel alien initially. If you are from a top college of India, you won’t find the environment smart, except dealing with the senior management. Inter-departmental distrust and blaming are regular features.
