They form a Maharashtrian cluster and they don't want someone from other states specially from North side get promotion or good appraisal. When i was in harman all the guys from UP gets very less hike and didn't get any promotion. At last if you are from UP don't gopune office choose any other locations. If Johndeere is a client, don't join this company. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the office, it's like being jailed. It's like slavery. Johndeere makes every decision, including hikes. You will be harrassed by Johndeere leads a lot. Their work is also given to you.
