If Johndeere is a client, don't join this company. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the office, it's like being jailed. It's like slavery. Johndeere makes every decision, including hikes. You will be harrassed by Johndeere leads a lot. Their work is also given to you.

Harman automotive underwent a management change 2 yrs back and this year alot of people were fired. I do believe management was more at fault as they were unable to bring in sales and customers.
