There is less chance of growth if you are contractual then you will get chance to be permanent and if you are permanent then growth depends upon luck. Vacancy is coming or not and you will gain that chance or not

If i talk about work so working in harley davidson is so great there is no load on work everyday is going smooth good quality and acheive target at end of the day without facing any downtime.

There is no job security in Harley if you are working in contract position they can end your contract at any time without any cause only 3 time of contract renewal it means you just have 21 months sometimes Management end your contract during initial time as per business condition

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
