Its a nice stop for freshers and to those who wants to be near dahej and bharuch. Overall its all nice as slaray on time..

Dislikes

The growth is slow.. Work hours sometimes exceeds 12 hours.. Immance pressure for work.. Holidays are least..

Work Details

Work is smooth as all have describe job.. some times it feels lonely without experienced person at your back.. salary always on time..

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
