The work culture is friendly and positive. Lots of activities throughout kept us also busy. Many things I learnt beyond the curriculum, especially became positive and matured. Management is honest and friendly. Policies are simple and fair. We always faced parents and they were happy with us. Salary hike was every year before corona.

Dislikes

Everything is perfect. Received salary full year in online classes time. I wish Corona goes and I get to work there again.

I was responsible for Nursery and activity classes which they have. I took care of feeding kids, creating lessons for classes, providing daily updates, ptm, field trip, parent handover etc.

I learned computer and ppts here where they helped. work culture is good we celebrated all the days like family with dress up and food. we had everyone's ph no. of management and spoke freely. Job security is good.

Dislikes

We received salary on time in corona time also It was my home for 4 years, i shared my personal problems too with them when i had they listened and gave me help. Will join back if they have vacancy.

It's a very good working environment and culture. Management is excellent and transparent. They helped me Financially too in this Corona Time apart from salaries. Policies are good and they are ready to listen. Salary Hike is every year apart from 2020. Great opportunity for women. Job security is the best here.

Before leaving they ask for 3 months notice periods. Which is too long. And salary is less.

There is a lot of policies is not worth it. Salary is very less what we are expected and career growth is slow. There is no chances to shine for newbie.

I have complete my one year with this organization. I learnt so many things on th job. I struggle a bit in the beginning as they shifted me different class rooms. In the year ending I got my own class rooms after so many struggle.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
