Management is too biased, immature and judgmental, MD and HR Director have no sense and are only working to protect them selve with no vision for the company. There is no culture. They will jointly target any employee who raises a question and will conspire to take him out. They invest all their time in conspiring against those employees who is or can be a threat to their non visionary worst culture. There are many they have conspired and those are no longer in the company right from Director to AM....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
