Company provide good benefits i.e. health insurance, internet reimbursement, company’s laptop, WFH, Cab facility from Noida sector - 18, Leaves, comp offs, and so on. HR are very supportive. Everything is good in the company except HRO department. As a process associate you have to work in HRO department. There’s no growth in this department. Salary is very low as compared to other departments. If you are satisfy with 15–16k salary then you can go for it. No growth, increment is very low. There’s no opportunity in HRO department. Work Details

Work life is good. You don’t need to extend your shift on daily it only happens sometimes but totally depends on work volume. Although you can easily manage your work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
