Likes

Good exposure to technology if you are part of the R&D team. Reasonable salary as compared to market standards.

Dislikes

Very poor communication and intent to raise employees' awareness around what is happening in the organization, vision, strategy, execution etc. No training or career-building path at senior levels, you are on your own after a point. A lot of politics with new Hansen management and actual work is never appreciated, you need to remainin the good books of your bosses sitting outside of India to get good appraisals and promotions. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
