Enjoy work at office, office staff and seniors are too good n veryhelful specially boss he is also help to employees to do work. Work place cultural peoples all are very good and understanding.

Dislikes

Nothing.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to do multiple task that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
