it's very good place to learn work. people are very good. Raj, Chall, and Vinod. these three guys are fully supportive and good helping nature people.

Dislikes

salary will be very less for freshers.

Work Details

I worked on multiple projects in that company. it's purely software development , support and Manual testing related work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
