Totally an unstructured company, some day the project manager is the site engineer and other day the site engineer is the project manager. They are really unconcerned about the role an employee serves. No proper reporting system.

Dislikes

Limited career growth. No exposure to learn and Excel from their work culture. The inside politics is horrible.
