Colleagues are supportive, friendly and understanding. Work place environment is soothing and relaxing, feels like home. Employer is also supportive at times and is lenient too. Pressure is there but it doesn't effect so much.

Dislikes

Lack of career growth and doesn't give offer letters. Employees have salary issues too like late salary or cutting of prp and attendance, forget their promises and words they said at the time of joining.

Work Details

Got to learn a lot, self training. Happg with my work. It gave me a sense of satisfaction at the end of the day. Not at all hectic.
