With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

Friendly work environment. Less work pressure. Co-ordial developers and business analyst. Good product capabilities.

Dislikes

Worst top management with narrow mindset. Less employee centric company. They are hesitant to grow and think out of the box. No learning and development for employees.

Nothing to like about, everything is worst in culture and management

Dislikes

No Trust, No Appreciation, 0 Job security They hold experience letters and relieving letters of employees and blackmail them They don't do appraisals on time, they don't spare minimum budget for employee well being very long working hours 9 to 7 without any flexibility Lots of micro-management and cross checking
