There is no security of job. Work culture is poor. Working environment and management is not so good. Company policies are standard but not followed by company.

Job work duration time 12 hours ,this rule I dislike. I want to do 8 hours duty general shift ( day only).Night and day duty and 12 hours shift makes me unhealthy. Because I could not awake in whole night . Night sleep must required for me .

In GNF no career growth is there, no increments, nothing new to learn and protocols are not followed. No medical facility no health insurance nothing... Its a BaKwAAAAsss cmpny.
