Only good thing is that here PF is 12% on the gross salary. No salary during lockdown period.

Dislikes

There is no fixed HR policy at this place. The place is quite dynamic, even planned leaves can be cancelled at any moment. Anyone can be fired anytime without any reason. One month notice period from employer side but three months notice from employee side. Also, there is too much delay in decision making from Mgmt side. Salary is delayed for around one and half months. No respect for faculties.

Work Details

Don't think of any career growth here. You will get engaged in entire education cycle i.e. from entry to passing out (faculties are forced to bring admission, then they have to take care of fee collection, attendance, academics, training & till placement)

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
