Yaah negative point,in whole world where different cultural backgrounds employees working,there is jealousy,frustration, competition,and personal tussle,very common factors,so we always try our best to keep things calm and keep hormonious environment among Management and workers.

They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
