There is a one flexibility in GOCL they give a freedom for doing development and encourage.

Dislikes

Most of the people are retired and continuing extension,they are dislike and not interested to change and do time pass. That is the reason I am dislike to work in GOCL. I advised strongly to fresher's the explosive field is not good in future, don't enter in this field.
