Dislikes

No proper culture. 1. Area managers are enjoying just as no followup from management. 2. Candidates have to waste there times for long specially for jamshedpur location in terms of gate pass. 3. Management has no control on work follow-up and others so rating by customer decrease drastically. 4.Don't expect well increment and promotion. 5.No support 6.No scope of skill development. 7.poor work culture and old employees are passing time by gossiping 8.No team work..every team members (old) are enemies of each other 10. area manager will use you for own work but never recognise your name infront of management....Read More
