Politics. NO salary hikeS for technical. ITS said Technical are wasting companies money while sales is bringing money to company. While salesman is free after collecting money and technical has to handle everything. No salary HIKES for technical person coming from other companies. While sales person has NO bond issue and they leave company every 6month and year and come back and gets twice hike. Zero safety awareness. No safety training. No safety department. Employees are FORCED TO COME TO OFFICE DURING CORONA PERIOD. EMPLOYEES are threatened of salary deduction in corona period. Low salary staff recruitment is problem and unnecessary VP , CLUSTER HEADS, MANAGERS ETC Are employed with 15Lakh 25lak package. NO TRIPS for poor field and backend office staff. Management manager gets trips to put country every six months. Sales frauding the company faking sales giving numbers to DSA created by their own. No proper system are provided to employees requisition are passed after year and sometimes not. Employee have to give their work people bring working pc from home to work at work place. NO WFH. NO WIFI ZONE. Cheap equipment given for working with no accuracy. NO talks about new technology. cheap china products. No competative STB ....Read More
