I worked there only four three months. During that time I didn't go through much challenges or comprehensive training. One thing is i could have had an opportunity to promote myself to better roles

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad. Even production managers were ill-treated. The shop floor employees and machine operators were working there for long time for very little money. No work life balance for them. To satisfy the demand they were forced to work multiple shifts together. Receptionist was sleeping with more then one higher management people.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
