Huge amount of politics and groupisim in the company .Around 4 people at top management control the company and the promoters and his sons are not aware of what is happening.The CEO along with his cohort control the show and ensure that only those who fall in line can survive in the company .

Prides management needs to be brought in .The current team might have been successful but to take the company forward and break the current corrupt team including the HR and some of the leadership is critical.The favouritism towards certain types of people from certain specific background is very detrimental to the organization .
