Overall Group Bayport offers a good learning and growth environment. Senior leadership is supportive and engaging. Communication is transparent and healthy.

Dislikes

This is good company for beginners as well as professional to enhance their skill and connect with multilingual people. I like their work environment and commitment to employees benefit like increments. Leaves etc

Dislikes

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
